# Track your requests

> Follow an issuance or redemption request from submission to delivery.

**Requests** shows every mint and burn request filed under your name, and where each one is. Filter by **All**, **Mint**, or **Burn**, and open a request to see its full progress.

## Progress

The **Progress** card on each request lists its steps, who handles each one, and whether it's done, in progress, or still to come.

**Issuance**

| Step | What's happening |
| - | - |
| **Request** | You submitted the request. |
| **Backing** | The deposited asset is registered as backing for your request. |
| **Internal approval** | The issuer's approvers review the mint. |
| **On-chain settlement** | The tokens are minted to your wallet. |

**Redemption**

| Step | What's happening |
| - | - |
| **Request** | You submitted the request. |
| **Account Manager confirmation** | The issuer confirms the details with you and quotes the fee. |
| **Deposit amount + fee** | You send the tokens and the fee, then enter the transaction hashes. |
| **Release** | The custodian releases the underlying asset. |
| **Internal approval** | The issuer's approvers review the burn. |
| **On-chain settlement** | The returned tokens are burned. |
| **Delivery** | The asset is on its way to you. |

A request that's withdrawn or refused shows **Request was closed**.

## Status messages

The banner at the top of the request tells you what's happening and whether you need to act:

| Banner | Meaning |
| - | - |
| **Waiting for your Account Manager to confirm your request** | The issuer will contact you to confirm the details. |
| **Action needed · send tokens and redemption fee** | Send your transfers and enter the hashes. See [Redeem tokens](/investors/redeem-tokens). |
| **Operator is registering the backing for your issuance** | The custodian has the asset and the issuer is recording it. |
| **Custodian is releasing** the asset | The underlying asset is being released from the vault. |
| **Your request is in internal approval** | The issuer's approvers are reviewing it. |
| **Delivering** | The asset is on its way. The request completes when delivery is confirmed. |
| **Settled** | The request is finished. |

## History

Every action you take on a request is also recorded in your **Activity**, with who signed it and its outcome.
