# Audit log

> Review every decision made in your organization, and export it.

The **Audit log** in your organization workspace lists every decision made in your organization: requests, approvals, membership changes, policy changes, and token settings.

## What each entry shows

* **When** it happened.
* **Action**: what was done.
* **By**: who signed it, and who they were acting as.
* **Context**: the token, request, or member it was about.
* **Outcome**: whether it completed or was refused.

Open an entry to see its full record, including the proposal it came from, if any, and its integrity hash.

## Search and filter

Search by name, token, or reference, and narrow the results by time range.

## Export

Select **Export CSV** to download the entries that match your filters, for example to share with your auditors.

> Your personal **Activity**, in the **Profile** menu, shows the same kind of record for actions you took in your own name.
