## What to include

To help us answer quickly, include:

* The email address on your Universal Mint account.
* The request reference, if your question is about a specific request.
* The token symbol, if it's about a specific token.
* Any transaction hash you've already sent.
* A screenshot of any error message.

> Universal Mint staff will never ask for your password, your recovery phrase, or your wallet's private key. Don't share them with anyone.
