The Audit log in your organization workspace lists every decision made in your organization: requests, approvals, membership changes, policy changes, and token settings.

What each entry shows

  • When it happened.
  • Action: what was done.
  • By: who signed it, and who they were acting as.
  • Context: the token, request, or member it was about.
  • Outcome: whether it completed or was refused.
Open an entry to see its full record, including the proposal it came from, if any, and its integrity hash.

Search and filter

Search by name, token, or reference, and narrow the results by time range.

Export

Select Export CSV to download the entries that match your filters, for example to share with your auditors.
Your personal Activity, in the Profile menu, shows the same kind of record for actions you took in your own name.
