Check your answers and select Submit for review.
Your application appears under Pending review in the Workspace menu while the platform reviews it. You’ll get a notification when it’s approved. If it’s declined, the notification includes the reason, and you can correct it and apply again.

Business verification (KYB)

Before an organization can list tokens or file requests, its business details must be verified.
  1. Switch to the organization and open Organization.
  2. On Overview, open Business details.
  3. Complete the company details and list the Beneficial owners (UBO).
  4. Finish verification with Persona, or submit the details for review by the platform.
Verification lasts for a set period. When it’s close to lapsing, re-verify so your organization’s requests aren’t refused.
To list a token you need both a verified organization (KYB) and your own verified identity (KYC). See Identity verification.

Your organization’s slug

Each organization has a slug, a short name used in its links and invitations, like /org/your-slug. It appears once your business is verified and stays the same if you rename the organization.

Organization settings

The Organization page has these tabs:
  • Overview: business details, treasury wallets, and delivery addresses.
  • Members: your team and pending invitations. See Team and invitations.
  • Approval groups: who approves what. See Approval groups.
  • Policies: which approval group decides each action. See Delegation and policies.
  • Memberships: other organizations this organization belongs to.

Close an organization

Close this organization on the Overview tab suspends the organization at once. Nothing is deleted, and its history stays on the record.
