Investor requests lists the mint and burn requests investors filed against your tokens. Open one to review it and advance the workflow. Each step belongs to a role you assigned when you listed the token. If a step belongs to someone else, the request is read-only for you until it reaches your step.

Issuance requests

1

Register the deposit (operator)

When the custodian has received the asset, upload the Deposit confirmation and enter each bar’s serial number and weight, or upload a CSV or PDF bar list. Select Confirm deposit.
2

Approve the mint (mint approver)

Review the request and the checks, then approve. If the mint approver is an approval group, each member co-approves until the threshold is met.
3

Mint onchain

Once approved, the mint is signed through your signing provider and broadcast. The request shows Minted on-chain with the transaction.

Redemption requests

1

Confirm with the investor (account manager)

Confirm the investor’s identity, the amount, the delivery method, and the destination, and quote the fee. Attach the call recording and select Confirm.
2

Wait for the investor's transfers

The investor sends the tokens to the Token Return Wallet and the fee to the Fee Wallet, and enters the transaction hashes. The request checks both onchain.
3

Record the release (operator)

Record the custodian’s release with its evidence. For physical delivery, enter the FedEx tracking number.
4

Approve the burn (burn approver)

Review and approve the burn.
5

Burn onchain

The returned tokens are burned. The request shows Burned & settled on-chain.
6

Confirm delivery (operator)

Upload proof of delivery to complete the request.

Checks before signing

Before a mint or burn can be signed, the request shows a set of checks:
  • Verification: the investor’s identity is current.
  • Address screening (KYT): the destination wallet passed screening.
  • Destination not on denylist
  • Token transfer and Fee payment: the investor’s transfers were found onchain, for redemptions.
If a check hasn’t passed, the request shows This request cannot be signed until it does.

Investors lists the people and organizations that have filed requests on your tokens, with their identity status and wallets.
